Sometimes even sitting on the Swiss ball might be difficult for some people, so ensure that you might be in a secure environment and have someone with you to carry the ball the primary few times you are trying it.
The primary ones are: bridging on the ball, bridging with ball roll, and prayer plank. These are great in your core, glutes, and hamstrings.
The following ones are: ball push ups, ball roll outs, and side planks on the ball. These are tougher than they give the impression of being, so watch out to not roll off the ball.
