To perform first rib mobilization with a ball:
1. Place a racquet or tennis ball on the bend of your neck over the primary rib, and bend your head to that side.
2. While bending your head to the side and barely rotating it towards the side of the rib, take a deep breath, after which push downwards into the ball while respiratory out.
