To perform hamstring curls in standing:
1. Use a sturdy chair or counter top for balance. Keep your upper body straight, and take a look at to not swing your body.
2. Keep your upper leg in a single spot and do not move your hip. Bend at your knee and convey your foot towards your bottom. Come back down slowly.
