You then will do knee extensions kicking straight out. Attempt to get your knee as straight as you may. Pulling up your toes at the top helps lock out your knee.
Now you will do a heel raise by lifting your heel off the bottom while keeping your toes on the bottom. Next, you’ll do toe raises, bringing the toes off the bottom with the heel on the bottom.
For hip abduction, roll your knees out and convey them back in, almost like a clamshell. Finally, you’ll do hip adduction. For those who need a goal, you may put a pillow or something soft between your legs and squeeze in.
