To perform a radial nerve glide:
1. Put your arm straight out to the side and down just a little bit bit. Along with your palm down, make a fist along with your hand. Bend your head to the alternative side and rotate your head down so you’re looking at the ground.
2. At your wrist, move your fist up and down.
