To perform an ulnar nerve glide:
1. Make an okay sign together with your fingers with the tip of the thumb and index finger touching and the remaining of the fingers pointed upwards.
2. Along with your elbow bent and out to the side, rotate your wrist back bringing your fingers back towards your ear, like you might be drinking something.
