To perform a plantar fascia massage:
1. Place your thumbs on the underside of your foot. Starting in the center, put pressure in your thumbs and pull them each outwards in opposite directions.
2. Repeat this moving down the foot towards the heel, after which back as much as the ball of your foot. You may also run your thumb down the center of your foot. Use lotion if desired.
