To perform shoulder snow angels:
1. Lie in your back along with your knees bent up. Rotate your pelvis back so your back is flat on the bottom. Put your arms out to the side along with your elbows bent and the back of your hands on the bottom.
2. Keeping your elbows and arms on the bottom, slide them upwards until you can not keep your elbows and arms on the bottom anymore. Then return to the starting position.
