What is the difference between TENS and EMS?
TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) is used to assist reduce pain and increase circulation. Mainly the vibration of the TENS follows the identical pathway because the pain pathway to the brain and helps cancel it out. It’s an awesome alternative to pain medication.
